It was time to take another trip to my beloved state of Oklahoma. I love when I get to take a trip home. It's refreshing and I come back to Texas with new inspirations. I love the small town atmosphere and getting to see people I haven't seen in awhile. I love change but its good to come to a place that seems to stand still in time.

While I was at home we went to SummerFest. It's a fun carnival event that comes through town every year. This year it was exciting because they had red velvet funnel cakes! Of course we had to get one.

Live music is always a must for any outdoor event!

One of the best parts of going home is getting to attend my home church. There is on place like it.

My Nana has a great succulent bed so I had to snap a couple of pictures. She has had it since I was little and maybe even before. I have always thought it was the coolest thing.
