My husband was so sweet and surprised me with a weekend trip to Granbury, TX. It's the most adorable little town. It has so much character and history. The whole town is centered around the square. The courthouse is so unique with incredible architectural detail. There were so many Victorian homes. I love the history behind them. It makes me want to know who lived there, what they did, and all about their lives. When I picture the late 1800s and early 1900s it's so beautiful and classy. All things were made with great quality. I've wanted to be in a movie that was set in that time period so I could wear the clothes and live in a grand Victorian with my real dapper man!

We ate at local restaurants, made new friends, sat in the gazebo, and did lots of hand holding. It was the perfect little getaway with my best friend. I couldn't have pictured anything better. These last three years have been wonderful and I look forward to the next 97!
